When launching a recognition program the key to receiving employee acceptance of the program is to get them excited about the program.  The way to achieve this is to create a lot of fanfare for the program launch.  Here are a few services, which Williams Recognition Ltd. can offer you to assist you with the launch:

    These are posters featuring a selection of products in the program with a small synopsis on the program.  These posters should be displayed in high traffic common area such as cafeterias and/or  meeting rooms.

    This is an article highlighting the key features of the program, which can be published in the Company Newsletter ,Company Intranet or e-mailed to the employees.
     

  • Information Sessions
