The actual gift is only half of the recognition equation.  Just as important as the gift is the presentation of the gift.  Williams Recognition Ltd. can offer program coordinator(s) / manager(s) training on the most effective way to present the employee’s with their gifts to ensure that you get the most bang for your recognition dollar.  Williams recognition can offer this training in a variety of forms:

• Presentation Tip Cards
   
  This is a type of cheat sheet, which can be distributed to managers in advance, highlighting key aspects of gift presentation. (Example: Don’t make light of the situation, Don’t do it at the end of the day when everyone is in a hurry to get home, etc…)
   

• Online Training
   
  This is a website where manager’s can logon to view Presentation guidelines.  Williams Recognition Ltd. can provide Program Coordinator’s with reports of which Manager’s have taken the training and hence they can in turn do a follow up with those who have yet to take the training.
   

• On-Site Training Sessions
   
  These are session conducted by a Williams Recognition Ltd. recognition expert.  Managers are invited at a scheduled place and time to attend this information session where our recognition expert can train them on the finer points of gift presentation.
